Managing Stress in Healthy Ways
Managing stress is a balancing act. In order to live healthy and happy, stress management becomes more important as our lives get more complicated and busy. As a culminating project you will be conducting a survey and creating a guide to manage stress that compiles your research and presents it.
It is often said that "Laughter is the best medicine". Measure your happy quotient on a scale of 1-5 with 1 being depressed and 5 being feeling awesome. Now check out this link. Then immediately check your happy quotient. Has it improved?
Create a survey
A. You can create a survey using google docs and send it to the class to complete.

Your survey needs to include the following areas of wellness:
Find out what specifically stresses your friends out.
In each area find out the stressors (things/places/events/people that cause you to be worried or anxious)
